this little fellow was n the drive way in hope ranch. We had already gone through a area where some one had scared one and that wasn't fun. Now that is what Hope means I hope i don't hit or scare one of these things.
Still riding around in Hope Ranch.
One of the entrances at Hope Ranch. My my
I have fallen in love with the Palm Tree.
This Arched area is called Hope Ranch. Hope they can stay or hope they can leave, I let you decide.
I don't know what these people have done to deserve this punishment.
And you thought Gas was bad at home, try putting in over 100 gallons. NOT fun!!!!!!
I had to do a double take, I thought I was back in Stone Mt. Ga with the Duck Ride.
What a shame these poor people have to live here and face the ocean.
One of my very favorite things is lighthouses and I drive Sonny crazy if there is one in a hundred miles. Now this one is not operational, it is a Motel here in Santa Barbara and it does face the water, so I had to snap.
Coastal Hwy 1 heading for Santa Barbara
They also call this area Santa Clarita. this is on Hwy 126, across from the park and down about a mile.
This is on I-5 and saw this, water is flowing down this gutter, have no clue where it is going from there because we are in the no mans land of CA

We have arrived at the next stop. Valencia Travel Village. We bought Bicycles while here and love them. We haven't got any of those little black or iridescent blue shorts yet.
We have left LA and on our way to Valencia, CA. Cant say these Mt's are as pretty as we have seen.
That is our own personal Orange Tree on the right of us. Could go out and get a fresh orange for breakfast every morning.
i had to show you this. the one on the left is a Lemon and the one on the right is a Orange. And the orange is the normal size for a orange. This was picked right here in the Park we were in. We could have all we wanted. What a deal.
One of the views going through Pasadena.
I had to show you this. See the barb wire. It is on all of the highway signs. Now who would steal one of these signs. In the first place they are over the interstate and the weight alone would stop you and all the traffic. You couldn't do this with out some one seeing you. Some of them even have it on the pole too.
We were able to drive right up to the front gate. Up close and personal.

Rose Bowl

This is the view of the Rose Bowl from the street here in Pasadena.
We drove straight up the side of a Mt's. to get this picture. People really live up here, no wonder they slide down the side of the Mt. They are crazy what do I mean we are crazy for going up here. I thought the front of the car was going to come off the road and fall backwards. I had to close my eyes and cry going up and down.
This is one of the local residents. Home address the corner of @@####@@ and ???!!!$$%%%.
Life savings a few blankets two store buggy's and the clothes on his back. We did see him so we new it was a male. but their is many of these people all around LA and Hollywood. In fact we saw the same sites all over California.

Marilyn Monroe in front of the Max factor Theater.

This is Mann's Chinese Theater where all the hand and foot prints are. Well some of them they are full in the courtyard right where those people are standing so they are going down the street. To the right behind the red buss is where the red carpet it and the entrance to the Kodak Theater. So exciting!!!! Now where is that tom Hanks????

I have a lot more but click on each one to see who they are. The size I was pulling from, not sure who is who. Do know the last one here is Clint Eastwood.
