Crossing the Missouri River again

We are now on I-70 and crossing the Missouri again. I cant believe I didn't get pictures where we spent the night. We were in Jonesburg, Missouri. It was right at dark and we left before daylight. Remember me are on a Mission, Hays Kansas the middle of Nowhere USA.

Sky's of Missouri

More Painted Barns

You know I wish I had a barn someone could pay me and paint on it.
Can you tell me are not in Birmingham anymore. This is somewhere , Missouri.

The Missouri River

One of the Casinos we could see from I-70 crossing the Missouri.

Windows in Arch

I am so sorry we didn't get to go up in the Arch to look out those windows NOT!! I went up in the Space Needle in Seattle but there is something about being in that closed in tube going up that doesn't give me the warm fuzzes.

Something wrong in St Louis at Arch

This is another one of those quick shots and not sure what you have and don't know what is going on. But you don't have that many Firetrucks and Rescue and something not be wrong. I hope not though.

St Louis

I cant believe I got that building right in the middle of the arch. Sonny cant either. LOL.

I cant explain this other than maybe this is a Church that communicates with Sputnik.

Medical Mission Trip to Hays Kansas

We are back on the road. Wanda called and told us about Robert being in a hospital in Hays Kansas and although we just got in yesterday and unloaded Shamu yesterday. We have now reloaded and on our way to be with them. Jeff, Wes and Bobby just passed us flying low (under the radar) to get to there parents today but we will be there tomorrow. We can go that fast, Shamu can only fly so low and no way a whale can hide from radar. Besides gas has gone crazy and at almost 5.00 a gallon and we get just over 6 mpg. We stop at ever gas station.

Ohio Bicentennial Barn

We are on I-71 going south. This is just one of many Barns with the painted on them. We have Rock City Barns and they have Ohio Barns.

Leaving Cross Creek Resort for Home

We have just pulled out of our spot and that is the guard gate and a sign telling us they are sad to see us go. Well I am too, because this has been such a nice place.
As you can see Abbey has found her a spot too in the front window, she is right at home there. We still miss our precious Princess Molly but she has a wonderful family that love her and will spoil her rotten. And that is what I wanted for her.

More Mohican Castle

The grounds were immaculate, and beautiful Christmas Trees. I could go crazy decorating all these trees. I bet at Christmas they put white lights in all of them and what a site that would be.

Mohican Castle

Its a Hotel. I know it would be so much fun to stay there.

Landoll's Mohican Castle

While at the Visitor's Center in Loudonville we saw the information about this Castle and it was only 4 or 5 miles from where we were we hit the back roads to find it. As we were going up the drive 3 wild Turkey were up in the woods but close enough for us to see.

Please Dont Sneeze

Sorry but had to take a picture on the busy Bee's. The Goldenrod just got in the way, so don't sneeze.

Vistors Center on Hwy 3

We stopped here on our way up and let the girls out to play and stretch there legs and get some water. I also went in and got some info on the area.

This is the last picture I have of Princess. She is now my Yankee Doodle Molly. A wonderful Family saw her in the RV Park and loved her and wanted a fur baby. Abbey has acted very sad today. But it could be the heat because Lucy isn't her self either. Mama Molly just takes what ever is thrown at her.

Still in Millersburg

One of the many farms that you see all along the hwy 3.
What a pretty market and I didn't go in. Next time maybe it will be a little cooler.

Amish Road Side Fruit and Vegetable Stand

This is still in Millersburg, as we were going down the road we saw lots of Amish.

Heini's Cheese Chalet

This was my mission in going to Columbus, Ohio was to get to this place. Be sure you click on the picture to make them bigger. You go in this room on the left get a basket and there is a rail to pick up the cheese you want and as you walk down there is a sample bowl of cheese at each different kind. So by the time you have walked all the way to the back and up the other side. You have had a ton of cheese. I have been here several times now and the line is always this long. here are lined you a long way behind me.

Precious Amish Family

We were not this close to them but look at the two precious Little boys.
We have now gone to the buggy races just kidding. But the Buggy on the left is passing the other one and then pulls in right in front of him. We aren't in Pelham anymore.
See the sign Heinis that is where we are going for Cheese.

Berlin Ohio

They do have Baptist Churches up here. We are just out side of Millersburg. Berlin is where the Cheese shop that we like. All Amish Cheese!!!! Wonderful!!

Millersburg Ohio

By the way did I tell you we have 4 dogs with us. But they have been so good. We stopped once and let them out to play will show you where on our way back we stopped at the same place to let them play again. The Town of Millersburg is like other towns along Hwy 3 so pretty and clean and beautiful flowers.

Main Street Nashville Ohio

Nashville Ohio

This isn't Nashville Tennessee!! Just a pretty little town on Hwy 3. Looks like a nice place to live.
I know they don't see i as a problem but NO Walmart, hello.

Hwy 3 toward Millersburg

If you like beautiful country side and wonderful farms well this is for you. We have been all around the USA and each it beautiful in its own way and has so much to offer. And I am a true southern girl but Ohio is Beautiful and some of the most friendly people.
