Sonny's Girls

This is our picture hound. She sees a camera and it like here I am now take my picture.

Lucy says i know I can get over there if I try real hard. We had been thrown off the beach and Molly wanted to go down to the water so bad, I had a hard time getting her to sit. She couldn't understand why I wouldn't let her go.

This was early Monday morning and it was so cold and the wind was blowing so hard. But I wanted to get some pictures of the Girls on the Beach, but we were told it was against the law for dogs to be on the beach.

Bats!!!!

We didn't have full hooks (no sewer) so we went to the bathhouse (Sonny went to the bathhouse), this was my first and about my last. This was on the ceiling and I didn't want it on me. Hello!!!!

Full Moon

This was the first night not long after we got there and got set up. The Moon was so full and bright. It was beautiful shining out over the Bay.

Wait A Minute

This guy walked by us and started taking off his wet suit. Now it is cold out here and if he need it to begin with why is he taking it off. Thank goodness this was as far as he went, lol. If he could get in the water so can I. Well maybe not!! He was crazy and now some more crazy people.

There is four of these out there. They have got to be frozen.

Joys of A State Park

This is one of the many joys to see staying in a State Park. I was talking to my Sister when we came around a corner and there He stood. What a beauty. We saw many many Deer.

Jellyfish

We guess they are Jellyfish, this last one was the only one we saw with the long tenicals or what ever you call them.

First View

We are here I cant believe it. This is our first view of the beach. The water was the prettiest I have ever seen it. No seaweed just these funny Blue things washing up on the Beach and Shells.
When we first saw them we thought they were balloons, but NOT!!!

This was a boat that had turned over in the last storm and the birds loved sitting on it. Click on the picture and you can see them better. This was the view out behind us.
Another view behind us and you know you cant hide money. Daddy boat and Mama boat heading for the Gulf. I want to goooooo!!!! O'well they keep going I will just sit here and enjoy the view.

Panama City Beach

Sonny's job was going to go into next week so we left Dothan and went to St Andrews State Park to spend the week-end. What a terrible way to spend the week end. Walking on the beach eating seafood and just relaxing watching boats go to the gulf. We are on the Bay right at the Gulf. The tide was out must of the day so the Dogs and us could walk on the beach.
Abbey has a the ever loved ball in her mouth. You can see the Restaurant Capt. Anderson's in the background. Back behind is the Gulf.

Dothan Alabama 2009

We are back on the road, it is good. The first trip took us to Dothan. The park we are in is mostly full time people but there are several spots for RVs traveling south to Panama City or further south.

David and Tracy in Love

Stephanie is Tracy's sister in law and she did the pictures and all of hers are wonderful but this one is my favorite so far. How sweet!! My prayer is that they will always be this happy and in love.

The Wedding Party

This is the Wedding party.
This is all of us and I could just cry. Daniel our youngest son was hid behind a candle and David our oldest, the one getting married has two hallos on his face and it is my fault. Where David is standing there was a picture of Jesus hanging. I didn't want the picture there so I took it down and threw it behind the piano. I now feel like I was telling Jesus we didn't need Him and not to come to the Wedding, so He showed me and came anyway. I am so thankful He did and I have ask for forgiveness.

David has three and Tracy has three, they are now the Brady Bunch!!!

Ever Sleep in A Graveyard??

Looking at the front of the Church we set up on the right side, now we have a bathroom and water. Because the Church has NO facilities!!!! Molly, Lucy and Abbey had a ball running in the fields and the rain yes it rained all day of the Wedding , but the Lord heard our prayers and the rain stopped just before the Wedding.

This is what I have to work with. Two Pianos a huge antique table no bathrooms and no steps on front of the podium. No closet and no trap doors to hide things in. Well I have my work cut out for me. O yes and two pulpits.

This is where David and Tracy, (our Son) are going to be Married on October the 17. This is the Church that was in the movie The Big Fish. Its on highway 143 in Deatsville, Alabama.

What a Night

We are pulling out of a night from Elm Street. See all the debre in the road. I have only been that scared once before in my life and that was when we were in Hurricane Charlie. I said then I never wanted to do that again. Ike missed us but the wind didnt. It would hit us and we would rock. There were many times I thought well this is it we are turning over, no my we can stay up right in this. I Prayed all night long and the girls were right in the middle of the bed with us. I would look at the cabinet in front of me and knew there was can goods in there and i could just hear it now Woman killed with a can of Salmon or Clam Chowder Soup. (in a RV you put stuff where you can and the cangoods are in the bedroom).
The Lord did take care of us and it is early afternoon, we couldn't get out till now because the wind gust were still to bad and wind advisories were out for Big Trucks and RVs. Telling us to stay off the road till it settled down. We are now going over the Mississippi into Memphis.

Something Wrong with This

Well Abbey is getting bigger and just about cant fit in Lucy's crate. I don't know how she can go in and turn around. The girls are getting ready for a peaceful evening and a good nights sleep and go home tomorrow. Big Suprise coming!!! They though the wind was bad this afternoon.
